Focused, calm and reliable. The zen master of design, Darren can serenely transform any client’s overflowing ideas in to a clarified and crystal-clear vision. Gabi Miller
Storyteller
Empathetic, insightful and articulate. Gabi’s the gal who takes PowerPoints from lacklustre to lyrically satisfying. Kate Walker

Creative, kind-hearted and enthusiastic. Kate’s a master wordsmith, with the awe-inspiring ability to take dry, dusty, ditchwater-dull data and transform it into the kind of story people actually give a crap about. Her words dance off every slide to weave a narrative that keeps an audience on the edge of their seats (or at least keep them awake, which is sometimes as much as you can ask for in a presentation).
Kira Latham
Account Manager
Diligent, vivacious and determined. Kira’s our resident ray of sunshine. She’s always ready to tackle any project with a positive attitude and an endless energy that either immediately exhausts, or instantly energises, all onlookers (dependent on the onlooker’s inherent optimism). She’s the ultimate multitasker, cheerfully doing the work of at least eight normal people. It’s uncanny and impressive all at once.
Manon Piana
Junior Designer
Cheerful, composed and ever-diligent. Manon’s can-do attitude and willingness to throw herself into new projects with little to no regard for her own sanity make her one of the best things since sliced baguette. Sure, her French accent’s charming, but it’s her awesome design skills that set her apart and signpost her future position as a true master of her craft.
Mark Davis
Senior Designer
Friendly, capable and almost comically Northern. Mark’s the human embodiment of Yorkshire. There’s even a rumour flying around that he’s got a white rose tattooed somewhere rather intimate. Rhian Davies-Kenny
Storyteller
Curious, brazen and entirely filterless. Rhian’s a born storyteller, able to craft compelling narrative from nothing but a vague brief and the last jitters of that morning’s caffeine jolt. She’s got a knack for getting uncreative people thinking creatively in workshops, and then weaves their words into the kinds of stories that inspire, entertain and inform.
Rob Mayfield
Senior Developer
Cool, collected and an FP OG. Magic by name, magic by nature. Magic’s devvy powers extend beyond the normal realms of what should be possible in PowerPoint, and he harbours a burning passion for presentations that’s both endearingly genuine and slightly unnerving (yep, even for us).
Rob Stothert
Senior Designer
Pioneering, inventive and artistic. Rob’s mind is as sharp as the vector lines he crafts. His innovative approach to deck design is second to none, and if there’s one thing we can always count on from him, it’s that he’ll never settle for anything less than genuinely fresh design. He’s the kind of guy that nonchalantly ignores the creative boundaries of presentation PowerPoint, and it’s that refusal to play within the possible that makes his designs so damned good.

And if that weren’t enough, she’s also a multi-tasking machine, able to juggle projects with dry-brow prowess. VIP-treatment for clients, effortlessly executed.
Victoria Hurt
Studio Manager
Protective, efficient and super-supportive. Vic is the nurturing heartbeat of FP, keeping us all on track and ensuring every project runs like a well-oiled machine instead of like a toddler trying to eat soup with a fork. Super-organised and ready to tackle any challenge, she’s the ultimate problem solver and the go-to person for anything and everything the team needs.
Zoë Aspinall
Client Partner
Helpful, caring and canny. Zoë’s a true savant of all things finance, a client liaison expert and the one who makes sure the team all get paid on time (thank God).
